My name is Van Thao and I am a proud Vietnamese. After spending 4 years in Canada for university, I came back to my hometown for work and greatly enjoyed every minute living here. Besides my home country, I also have a soft spot for England, where I spent a couple months doing internship, and I have always been captivated by the beauty and rich heritage of this country.

As a typical INFP person, I love to spend most of my time dreaming, reading, learning, and wandering to see new places. Solitude is my best companion as it allows me to connect internally and contemplate about different aspects of life. My interest lies in a wide variety of topics, ranging from art history, philosophy, psychology, to marketing and technology. I love exploring the root of a problem and working with big picture. That is part of the reason why I am interested in marketing and data analytics as they require me to study deeply into human behavior and find insights behind the numbers.

Some other quirky hobbies of mine include wine tasting, bartending, collecting books, ceramic mugs, playing jigsaw puzzles, and taking random photos. I care deeply about environmental sustainability and would love to be involved with projects tackling climate change and water pollution.

I dedicate this blog to sharing my thoughts about life experiences and topics that I find interesting, which mainly revolve around books, movies, artworks, and marketing.
